Attention Grant PIs: Summer Pay and Student Employment Finalizations Due April 21

As we prepare for the summer term, we need to ensure that all faculty expecting summer pay from grants and any student employees funded by grants are properly accounted for.

• If you anticipate receiving summer salary from a grant, please notify the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in delays or missed payments.
• If you plan to hire student employees using grant funds this summer, please inform us promptly so we can initiate the necessary hiring process.

To confirm your summer pay or student employment plans, please contact the ORSP at eiugrants@eiu.edu no later than April 21, 2025.
