Class Descriptions
Kickboxing  
Unleash your inner fighter! Learn powerful punches, kicks, and combos while boosting your coordination, strength, and cardio fitness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is a fun way to burn calories and crush stress.  

Deep Stretching  
Relax, restore, and improve your flexibility in this calming class. Guided stretches and mindful breathing help release tension, lengthen tight muscles, and improve your range of motion. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and totally at ease.  

Glute Lab  
Build a stronger, sculpted lower body with targeted exercises that fire up your glutes, hips, and thighs. From bodyweight moves to resistance-based challenges, this class is perfect for toning and powering up. All fitness levels welcome!  

Hot Yoga  
Feel the gentle heat as you flow through poses designed to boost flexibility and relaxation. The cozy warmth supports your practice, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and completely refreshed.  

Wind Down Yoga  
Let go of the day’s stress in this soothing yoga session. Slow stretches and mindful breathing promote deep relaxation, helping you unwind and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.  

Hot Pilates  
Turn up the heat on your Pilates practice! This high-energy class combines core-strengthening moves with the added challenge of a warm room. Build strength, improve posture, and break a sweat!  

Restore Yoga

Spring Cycle

Sweat & Stretch  
The best of both worlds! Start with a calorie-torching cycling session, then transition into a rejuvenating stretch routine. Perfect for improving flexibility and preventing soreness after your workout.  

Ride & Shine  
Kickstart your morning with this uplifting cycling class! Ride to energizing tunes that awaken your body and mind, leaving you ready to conquer the day ahead.  

Sweat Cycle  
Take your ride to the next level with this intense cycling workout! Endurance rides, speed drills, and power climbs guarantee a sweat-drenched session that will leave you feeling unstoppable.  

Meltdown  
De-stress in a supportive space with this relaxation-focused class. Progressive body relaxation and mindful meditation help you unwind and take some much-needed time for yourself.  

Mobility Magic  
Move better, feel better! This dynamic class focuses on flexibility, joint mobility, and overall movement quality through guided stretches and functional exercises.  

Power HIIT  
Get ready to sweat it out! This high-energy HIIT class combines bodyweight exercises, cardio bursts, and strength training to build muscle and boost endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll leave feeling accomplished and ready for more.
Group Fitness Etiquette
  1. Be On Time!
    • If you need to leave early, please stay toward the back of the room.
    • If you’re more than 5 minutes late, please join us another day to avoid disrupting the class.
  2. Respect the Class Environment.
    • Avoid talking or laughing during class—it’s disruptive to the instructor and other participants.
  3. Wear Clean Gym Shoes.
  4. Dress Appropriately.
    • Make sure to wear proper athletic apparel for a safe and comfortable workout.
  5. Put Equipment Back Properly.
    • Untie resistance bands.
    • Place weights neatly on racks or in cabinets.
    • Stack steps and risers in the storage closet.
    • Return exercise balls and Bosu balls to their designated areas.
  6. Throw Away Trash.
    • Use the appropriate trash receptacles to keep the space clean.
  7. Report Hazards.
    • Let the instructor know about any issues, like spills or broken equipment, to ensure everyone’s safety.
  8. Store Personal Belongings.
    • Keep your items on the bleachers or in lockers near the main entrance.
    • Keys and Panther Cards are acceptable to bring into the studio.
  9. Be Respectful.
    • Treat all instructors and participants with kindness and consideration.
  10. Have Fun!
    • We want you to enjoy your workout!

My name is Ashton Roge, and I will be teaching kickboxing this semester. I am from Wilmington, Illinois, and I chose to become a fitness instructor because I have a passion for fitness, and I want to share that with others.

I'm Lindsey Hastings from Texas. I'll be teaching cycling and HIIT classes. I became an instructor to help others get active, stay healthy, and maintain a balanced fitness lifestyle.

I'm Eliza Raja, a sophomore at 91成人视频 from Chicago, and I’ll be teaching Hot Pilates as well as Restore Yoga this semester! I got into fitness a few years ago and chose to become an instructor because I love workings towards being my best self, and I would like to share that with others.
