As part of ongoing improvements to security and alignment with Calero鈥檚 platform standards, the Pinnacle URL you use to access your department鈥檚 telephone billing is changing. Please change any saved links to start using the new URL below.
The Current URL will remain in place until January 31, 2023. After this time, Calero will put a redirect on the URL for 30 days, then will drop the URL and replace with a message asking the user to enter the new URL.

If you have any questions or need granted access to the billing system, please send an email to support@eiu.edu. For additional information for printing and viewing your departmental bills, please go to /telecomm/adminbilling.php and scroll to 鈥渧iew and print your department phone bills鈥.
